AUTO-GYRO "57-my" TEAM has been created spontaneously. Team consist of three gyrocopter pilots, fans of auto-gyro constructions, that are presenting their aircraft performances in flight, during airshows organised in Poland.

The name of the team – “57-my” – is directly connected with the year of birth of team members, Wiesław Jarzyna and Romuald Owedyk.

Wiesław Jarzyna

Gyrocopter and helicopter pilot and instructor. As the first in Poland have recived the pilot licence for ultralight gyrocopters (UAGP).
Instructor at Authorised Training Organisation (ATO) SALT AVIATION located at Modlin (EPMO).

Romuald Owedyk

Aviation adventure has started when reached 53 years, from training to be a gyrocopter pilot. Was the first gyrocopter student of Wieslaw Jarzyna. Was the first owner of autogyro XENON (reg. SP-XENA), the first gyrocopter registerded at Polish CAA after the second world war, currently in the collection of the Aviation Museum in Krakow.
